The Process

The very first thing we need to establish, what is your aesthetic? Viking, Fairie, Cultural, Apocalyptic, Horror or do you just want something a little beyond reality? Fun, serious, angry, loving, playful...we can accommodate just about anything.

Location. Do you want somewhere special? Are you thinking something natural or urban? Do you want a green screen so we can photoshop you to another place? We are happy to travel, as far as necessary, but this will increase the cost of the shoot. We do not have a studio, we work mostly in nature. But again, we can find just about anything to meet your ideal.

Wardrobe and props. We can make flower crowns or wreaths, jewelry or backdrops. What we can't create, we will figure out a way to source it. We have a small supply of props that continues to grow with each session. You will be responsible for your own wardrobe, we can advise as to where to shop, but we do not supply costumes.

Do you want to tell a story? Or do you want a more candid shoot? Is there a message you want to project with your image? A statement? Or do you just want to treat yourself with something fun and out of the ordinary.

We are proud of our out of the box photography idea's, and keeping with that philosophy, we do not discriminate nor will we tolerate discrimination. This is a for fun business. There are a few things that strip the fun out of anything, these are the rules for us to have fun.

We will not work with you if your attitude or behavior is over the top. Be polite. Be kind, Have fun. Be respectful. Realize that we provide a service, we are not servants. We approach this journey thinking of you as a companion, we require the same from you.

We will not participate in cultural shoots that are not YOUR culture. We will not participate in appropriation in any way. Whether it be Native American Headdress, Scottish Kilt or Samurai. Cultural shoots are strictly for your heritage and culture. Most people have multiple ethnic histories, we welcome paying homage to this. If you know you have a particular ethnic heritage we will be happy to research and help guide you. Appropriation is a hard no.

We will not participate in shoots we feel are inappropriate for minors. A parent or guardian will have to be present for any shoot involving a minor.

We will not participate in shoots we feel are inappropriate or harmful for animals.

​

We will not participate in any shoot that we feel is dangerous for anyone involved.
